Bluewater Associates was founded in 1986 to develop residential building lots in Emerald Isle, North Carolina. Our first development, Bluewater Bay (80 residential lots), was a tremendous success selling more than $5 million in less than three hours. Compelled by this success, Bluewater Associates constructed an office that remains at its present location of 200 Mangrove Drive in Emerald Isle. Since that time we have had success in many residential developments such as Bluewater Banks (61 lots), Walnut Place (9 lots), Cape Pointe (42 lots) and Bluewater Cove (68 lots).
In addition to our development projects in the Emerald Isle area, we have built hundreds of custom-built homes ranging in price from $80,000 to $1.2 million! Exceptional value was built into each home no matter what the price range. Bluewater has seen many builders come and go over the years, but we continue to grow with a full-time construction staff and crew of over 20 people.
